Jets Free Agency Rumors: CB Antonio Cromartie could return at a cheaper rate

New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie tweeted out that he had been cut.

According to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News, Cromartie could return at a cheaper rate.
