During the Dallas Stars game against the Columbus Blue Jackets there was an incident. It appears as if Stars player Rich Peverley collapsed mid-game causing a delay. Peverley was taken to the tunnel and attended to.

Previously, Peverly was diagnosed with an irregular heart beat and he had just returned to the line up. From the Dallas Morning News on March 6th:

"Rich Peverley missed the entire preseason and the first game of the season with an irregular heartbeat, and that same issue kept him out of Tuesday’s game in Columbus. Peverley was feeling strange after Monday’s game and was unable to fly.He missed that game, but was back in the lineup Thursday and played on the top line with Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn."

On behalf of the FanSided team, we’re all sending our prayers and thoughts to Peverley and his family.
