It’s not easy being in the marketing department for a minor league baseball team.

Sure, you have your local diehard fans who support the franchise, but outside of that drawing fans in isn’t the easiest. More than that, in the digital age, you want your organization’s name out there in the public eye. But how do you achieve such? By putting together awesome promotions.

Sometimes it’s a stadium giveaway. Other times it’s a new crazy food item. Today? It’s a jersey.

The Fresno Grizzlies, the AAA-affiliate of the San Francisco Giants will reportedly wear a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles jersey this season.

How awesome is that? Especially to children of the 80′s and 90′s who grew up watching the cartoon (and feature films).

Even more impressive? They went to great lengths on the uniforms, not just making them look like one turtle but multiple turtles. So depending on the day, the Grizzlies might be channeling their inner Donatelo or inner Michelangelo.

And here I thought the Ghostbusters jersey was a sweet idea.
