It seems as if Houston Rockets point guard Patrick Beverley isn’t making any friends this season.

The guard who made the Rockets roster thanks to hard work and tough nosed defense has already pissed off multiple NBA players over his antics this season, now he’s done the same to Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard.

The former Blazers Rookie of the Year blasted Beverley on Sunday night, suggesting that his antics were irritating.

"“It’s irritating,” Lillard said. “But I was locked into the game to be one hundred percent honest with you. It’s irritating that he’s doing all that little stuff like flopping, tying you up and all that for the whole game. But I don’t really get caught up in that. It’s whatever.”Beverley, who takes exceptional pride in his defense, said all he’s concerned with is the win before he addressed what Lillard considers to be “antics.”“If he thinks I’m flopping, that’s on him, not me,” Beverley said. “We won. That’s all I care about.”"

Just a week ago, Miami Heat power forward Udonis Haslem called Beverley over prior to halftime and told him to shut his mouth while a few weeks back, Sacramento Kings star DeMarcus Cousins punched the Rockets guard in the groin. The punch was likely in retaliation for Beverley standing over Cousins during an injury earlier this season.
