After the Seattle Seahawks parted ways with running back/kick returner Leon Washington, the New England Patriots quickly jumped at the chance to sign him.
Things did not go well for Washington in New England and he was released at two different times during the season.
He eventually wound up finding a home in Tennessee with the Titans late in the season.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Titans decided to bring Washington back in 2014.

Washington was originally selected by the New York Jets with the 117th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2006 NFL Draft.
The former Florida State Seminole rushed for 650 yards and four touchdowns on 151 carries as a rookie, but never found a role as a feature back and has not topped 650 yards since.
He did, however, become an elite return man, running back eight kickoffs for touchdowns in his career.
After four years with the Jets, he joined the Seattle Seahawks and enjoyed three solid seasons, mostly as a kick returner.
Washington had 16 kick returns for 481 yards for the Titans last season.
