Chris Andersen's hilariously awkward Miami Heat interview (Video)

Oh, Birdman.

The Miami Heat center decided to pull of his best Ken Griffey Jr. lately and completely bomb an interview with Fox Sports.

Unlike Griffey Jr., it appears that Chris Andersen was actually doing his show on purpose or was completely uninterested, but either way it made for hilarious television.

Things start off normal as they could be with Andersen sitting in his chair awaiting a question. He appears to be listening intentionally as he’s pressed on the Heat’s most recent win, but come question end he just stops, looks around and asks ‘what’.

It only gets better from there as his dry answers do everything they cant to put a screeching halt to the interview but Fox Sports’ Jax does what he can to save the piece.

Andersen’s answers only get more comedic from there – that is – when he’s not attempting to adjust his mid-back chair during the interview.

So why did you win that last game, Chris?

I don’t know – you’ll have to look at the stat sheet.
