With the fury of free agency about to hit full force it’s important to remember the ugly side of this thing. Sometimes spending more money to grab that hot name in free agency isn’t the best idea so be careful what you wish for when you’re hoping your owner will throw wads of cash at what appears to be the wide receiver/quarterback/cornerback/etc. of your dreams. Not like these guys come with a warning label that reads, “As soon as the ink dries on my contract I’m going to take a giant dump on your team.” But, in some cases, they should have. It seems like unless your team’s owner’s name is Dan Snyder, you should be safe this free agency season. Here’s a look at some of the worst NFL free agent signings of all time.
