2014 SEC Tournament: LSU vs. Alabama live stream, start time, TV info and more

The “evening session” on day two of the SEC Tournament is kicked off by a match-up between the LSU Tigers and the Alabama Crimson Tide. Unfortunately for both fan bases, this particular face-off won’t (and shouldn’t) garner the same type of attention that their yearly football battle generates, but nonetheless, it should be an entertaining game.

LSU is considered the favorite in this #7/#10 match-up, and the Tigers were actually playing quite well prior to being lambasted by Tennessee in their regular season finale. They play at one of the fastest paces in the entire country, which should bring a bit of excitement to the proceedings, and frankly, the Tigers are pretty solid across-the-board except for an overly high turnover rate on the offensive end.

On the Alabama side, it will be a battle of tempo. As mentioned above, LSU plays very fast, but the Tide are exactly the opposite, placing 297th in the country in adjusted tempo. Defense is the calling card for Alabama this season, and that will be especially important in transition in an attempt to slow down the Tigers.

Here’s how you can watch all the action on Thursday:
