The Los Angeles Clippers – despite being the butt of a recent Kobe Bryant joke – have been tearing up the NBA in recent weeks.
Winners of nine straight, everything has been going right for the Clippers – well – except for Blake Griffin.
In recent days Griffin has dealt with getting punched in the face by Phoenix Suns forward P.J. Tucker and after Wednesday night’s victory, he reportedly was face-to-face with Jermaine O’Neal of the Golden State Warriors.
O’Neal allegedly approached Griffin as he was going to his media session and the two had to be separated.
As if that wasn’t enough, even Griffin’s teammate DeAndre Jordan joined in on the Blake bashing – though – it was all an accident.
With 6:10 left in the fourth quarter, Jordan grabbed a rebound and went up for a putback dunk. Griffin was standing just under the hoop when Jordan’s dunk came through the net and bounced off his head. That wasn’t the funny part though as it was Griffin’s ‘you have got to be kidding me’ body language that made the clip, along with Jordan’s ‘oops’ smile.
