The New York Giants were looking at wide receiver and kick returner Jacoby Jones of the Baltimore Ravens, but with him re-signing they’re back to the drawing board. At the top of the list is Ted Ginn, who served the same dual threat role for the Carolina Panthers that Jones filled with the Ravens.

From NJ.com:

"In this case, that appears to be Ted Ginn Jr. The Giants have turned their attention to the Panthers free agent after missing out on Jones, NJ.com has learned.Landing Ginn will not be easy. There should be ample competition for his services. The seven-year veteran visited the Bucs Wednesday and Donte Whitner’s publicly campaigning for the Browns to bring him to Cleveland. Carolina also reportedly remains interested in retaining his services."
