On Thursday, one of the most competitive conferences in the country this past season in college basketball will begin their conference tournament journey as it’s time for the 2014 Big Ten Men’s Basketball Tournament to officially get started in Indianapolis.

This year, the Big Ten was most definitely the conference that displayed the most parody. Throughout the year, there were a few teams that at one time or another were considered to be at the top.

By the end of the season, however, it was last year’s national runner-up, the Michigan Wolverines, that emerged victorious. But, given how competitive the conference was top-to-bottom all season long, there’s absolutely no guarantee that they’ll walk away from this when it’s all said and done as the tournament’s champion.
