CM Punk to appear on AMC's 'The Talking Dead' on Sunday

Former WWE/World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk hasn’t spoken or Tweeted a single word in public about his fall out with the World Wrestling Entertainment about two months back.

With WrestleMania XXX just weeks away, the company has been forced to mix things up a little bit by possibly having Daniel Bryan competing in two main event match ups. As we all know, Punk is legally still under contract with the WWE, but he has been removed from every event or television spot set up by the WWE until further notice.

They’re hoping that Punk will have a change of heart and come back to the company, but if he wasn’t going to make a come back in his home town of Chicago, Illinois, he’s not going to come back at all.

Breaking away from the world of professional wrestling for a moment to talk about an upcoming appearance that surprised me once it was announced. Everybody who watches ‘The Walking Dead’ on AMC usually watches the program that airs immediately after the brand new episode.

That show (if you’re unfamiliar with it) is called ‘The Talking Dead’. CM Punk’s good friend Chris Hardwick happens to be the host of the show, which features other celebrities and cast members who come together and discuss the show. Now this Sunday, ‘The Talking Dead’ is going to feature CM Punk, who appears to have shaved off his Wolverine beard.

One thing that caught my attention when it was revealed, is that he was announced as former WWE Superstar Phil Brooks aka CM Punk.

It’ll be interesting to see if he takes any shots at the company or if he’s asked about it by a fan who gets to ask someone a question. This Sunday night is a must watch.
