Dwyane Wade's flop against Dwight Howard could be award winning (Video)

Move over Vlade Divac, it appears Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade is looking to take your crown as the NBA’s All-Time flop champion.

Wade and Heat defeated the Houston Rockets on Sunday afternoon, though it wasn’t without some shenanigans on the part of Wade who pulled out one of the best flops we’ve seen in the NBA this season. Or maybe I should say most embarrassing.

Things started off normal enough – LeBron James streaking across the key, shooting a running shot which happened to bounce off the rim. Under the basket was Wade, readying himself for a potential offensive rebound. However, behind Wade was Houston Rockets big man Dwight Howard who put his hand on the back of Wade.

As the two went up go battle for the board, Dwight removed his hand and used it to secure the rebound. Meanwhile, Wade, clearly aware he wasn’t going to win the fight decided to fly across the court as if he was just shot out of a circus cannon – arm flails and all.

Seriously – that’s some epic floppage.
