Anthony Spencer is still a free agent, despite meeting with yet another team on another day. While the Cowboys, Seahawks, Bears and Vikings have showed varying levels of interest in Spencer, he met with the New York Giants and left yet another visit without a contract.

It’s not clear if teams are just not liking what they’re hearing, or if Spencer is truly weighing every single option he has against each other. Either way, he remains without a contract and is now starting to hear Jared Allen’s name come up in places Spencer has visited.

He’s going to get a deal done somewhere, but he’s really making everyone wait it seems. The Giants seemed like a fit, but so too do the Seahawks, Vikings and others. Perhaps that’s the point, as Spencer clearly isn’t rushing into another contact in 2014.
