Captain America: The Winter Soldier – 12 New Photos Released

Last night, fans who tuned into the one-hour special Marvel Studios: Assembling a Universe got an inside look at some of Marvel’s latest upcoming projects like Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy. They were even treated to a first look at the upcoming superhero epic Avengers: Age of Ultron. To accompany all this Marvel goodness, the comics giant has released 12 new images from the upcoming film Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Among the photos, we get a look at all the major players like Nick Fury, Maria Hill, Black Widow, and even Captain America himself. We also get a look at relative newcomers like Falcon, Alexander Pierce, Batroc, and last, but certainly not least, the Winter Soldier.

The film stars Chris Evans, who will be returning to his role as the patriotic superhero himself. Captain America will also the return of Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, Hayley Atwell as the Captain’s love interest Peggy Carter, Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes a.k.a. The Winter Soldier, and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.

Joining the cast in this installation will be Robert Redford as Alexander Pierce,Frank Grillo as Brock Rumlow a.k.a. Crossbones, Anthony Mackie as the Sam Wilson a.k.a. Falcon, Emily Van Camp as Agent 13, and many more.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier is scheduled to be released in RealD 3D, IMAX 3D, and in Conventional Theaters on April 4, 2014.
