Panthers, Joe Webb agree to contract

The Carolina Panthers are severely lacking at wide receiver, so they have been working out players at the position in hopes of bolstering their depth chart. The latest player to join the Panthers in free agency is former Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Joe Webb.

Of course, since the Panthers seem to be doing everything in their power to avoid adding a wide receiver, Carolina is converting Webb to quarterback.

It is a puzzling move, but to each their own.

Hopefully it works out for Webb, who has yet to make an impact at any position at this level.
