Portland Trail Blazers center Robin Lopez, easily the coolest player in the NBA, believes in ghosts and aliens.

(Okay, his exact statement was that he’s “open” to believing such things, but I want to believe he believes.)

Lopez discussed his interesting ideas in a recent interview for Sprint’s “The Crossover” series. While the interview mainly focuses on his art and his love of comic books, the segment about his interest in the supernatural is great, especially his breakdown of the different species of aliens. (According to Lopez, the number of appendages on a given alien could vary depending on its social status.)

Seriously, how could you not love this guy?

The truth is out there.
