After a crazy opening day to the NCAA Tournament, this Friday is another jam-packed day on Streak for the Cash with plenty of props and picks from the Big Dance as well as some other picks mixed in. We start this morning with a PGA Tour prop to help get your entry back on track if last night took a toll, and the rest of the day there are also some picks from the NHL and NBA to round out the options for the day.

Here are my picks for the day with my confidence on a scale of 1-10 in each selection. I’m tight on time today, so my analysis will be limited buy I’ll give you the deciding factor on why I’m going the way I am.

3/21 Streak Picks

Mar 7, 2014; Miami, FL, USA; Ian Poulter prepares to putt on the 18th green in the second round of the WGC – Cadillac Championship golf tournament at TPC Blue Monster at Trump National Doral. Mandatory Credit: Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

8:11- Ian Poulter or Tie: Poulter was -4 in the first round and -3 on the back nine which are covered in this prop. Bradley  has -1 for his round and for these holes, so I’ll go with Poulter especially getting the tie. Confidence-5

12:15- Any Other Result: Duke gives 14.5 to Mercer in this prop but just 12.5 in Vegas.  Mercer has been rolling and has the the horses to keep up with Duke.  The Blue Devils should win but I’m not confident enough to give the points. Confidence-4

12:40- Baylor Bears: Baylor turned their season around and won six of their last seven in a tough Big 12. The Bears have been inconsistent at times, but I’m not seeing Nebraska pull this upset off at this point even though their program does appear to be headed the right direction.  The Bears are favored by four. Confidence-6

Mar 15, 2014; Las Vegas, NV, USA; (Editors note caption correction) New Mexico Lobos guard Kendall Williams (10) reacts to a turnover against San Diego State Aztecs in the first half of the championship game for the Mountain West Conference college basketball tournament at Thomas and Mack Center. Mandatory Credit: Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

1:40- New Mexico:  New Mexico is favored by 3 1/2 as they face Stanford. The Cardinal won three in a row before losing to UCLA in the Pac-12 tournament.  They have an experience team as they take on the Lobos who knocked off San Diego State to earn the automatic bid from the Mountain West. UNM has won 15 of their last 17 and come in playing well. Confidence-4

2:10- Arizona wins by 20+: Arizona starts their tournament run facing Weber State out of the Big Sky conference.  The Wildcats are favored by 20, and I think they’ll cover even though I don’t think they’re primed for a deep run. Confidence-3

2:45- Tennessee Volunteers: The Vols come back and knocked off Iowa in the first four and come in as four point faves against the Minutemen who lost three of five down the stretch. Confidence-5

3:10- Any Other Result: The Creighton Blue Jays can score points in a hurry and should be able to get the win against UL-Lafayette. Lafayette can score too though averaging over 81 points per game on the season. While I think Creighton wins comfortably, I’ll take the Ragin’ Cajuns and the points in what should be a very high-scoring game. Confidence-4

4:10- Kansas wins by 15+ Points: The Jayhawks will start their run against Eastern Kentucky as 14 point favorites. Even though they lost three of their last five, I don’t think the Colonels have what it takes to keep up with KU. Confidence-6

Mar 20, 2014; San Diego, CA, USA; Oklahoma State Cowboys guard Marcus Smart (right) dunks over guard Markel Brown (22) during practice before the second round of the 2014 NCAA Tournament at Viejas Arena. Mandatory Credit: Robert Hanashiro-USA TODAY Sports

6:55- Oklahoma State Cowboys: OSU went through a horrible patch in the middle of the season but finished strong once Marcus Smart came back. The ‘Zags are three point underdogs despite being the higher seed, but OSU is playing well enough that I think they’ll get into the next round where they’ll be a handful for #1 Arizona. Confidence-5

7:10- Any Other Result: Cal Poly has come out of nowhere after a losing regular season and have played their way into the Big Dance through their conference tournament and a play in game. While picking them to upset the Shockers is quite the stretch, I do think they can cover their 16-point spread. Confidence-4

6:55- George Washington Colonials: GW comes in as three point underdogs to Memphis getting no love from streakers or the rest of the country.  I think they can pull this upset off though against the Tigers who are out of the top 25 having lost three of five including getting crushed by UConn in the conference tournament. Confidence-3 1/2

7:00- Columbus Blue Jackets: Confidence-3

7:00- Oklahoma City Thunder:  OKC is playing back-to-back nights and the Raptors have been good at home, so this isn’t a lock even though I do think the Thunder are a good pick. Confidence-5

7:20- North Carolina Tar Heels: UNC is favored by four against the plucky Providence Friars who won the Big East tournament upsetting Creighton and winning six of their last seven.  North Carolina, though  had a great late season run of their own and shook their inconsistent label winning 12 ACC games in a row before losing to Duke and Pitt in their two most recent games.  Providence is going to be a tough out, but as a straight-up pick I’ll take the Tar Heels. Confidence-7

7:27- Stephen F. Austin 3-Pointers made or tie: SFA could pull the upset over VCU who fell to St. Joe’s in their conference tourney.  Austin went undefeated in the Southland and come in with an impressive 31-2 record having not lost since November 23. Confidence-5

9:00- Boston Bruins: Confidence-3

9:25- Any Other Result: Virginia is my pick to win the whole tournament, but their style just doesn’t lend itself to blowing teams out by 20+.  I’m not confidence they can cover against the Chanticleers. Confidence-4 1/2

9:33- Robert Morris Wins or Single Digit Loss: Note this game is in the NIT. Belmont is favored by nine, but I think RMU keeps it close. Confidence-4

9:40- Kentucky winning Margin: UK is favored by six against K-State who has some nice wins on their resume but all came at home. Confidence-6

9:50- North Carolina Central wins or Single Digit Loss: Iowa State is a great team at home. This game is in San Antonio which isn’t quite in Iowa, so I think the Eagles who went 15-1 in the MEAC this season can keep this one close. Confidence-3

9:57- UCLA Wins by Double Digits: The Bruins are favored by nine as they take on the Golden Hurricane who have won 11 in a row taking the Conference USA title.  Earlier this season though, Tulsa lost to Maryland, TCU, Oklahoma, Creighton, and Wichita State all by double digits. Confidence-4
