The UFC has announced a new bout for UFC on FOX 11, which will take place next month in Orlando, Florida. Brazilian women’s bantamweight Amanda Nunes will be returning to the octagon on a two-fight winning streak and she will face undefeated UFC newcomer Alexis Dufresne, who is coming off of a big win over Kim Couture in February.
Nunes has been impressive during her UFC career with two wins by way of TKO. All nine of her professional wins have come via stoppage.
Dufresne has also finished all of her five opponents and has never let a fight go to the judges, with all five finishes coming in the first round.
UFC on FOX 11 is headlined by a heavyweight No. 1 contender bout between Fabricio Werdum and Travis Browne. Another women’s bantamweight bout between Miesha Tate and Liz Carmouche will serve as the co-main event of the night.
