The NBA draft class this year is starting to fill out, as the same day that Indiana Hoosiers star Noah Vonleh declared, so too has N.C. State stud forward T.J. Warren. According to Yahoo! Sports Adrian Wojnarowski, the Wolfpack forward will be making his announcement to officially declare for the 2014 NBA Draft this week.

This was something we expected to happen and now that he’s going to declare for the draft, Warren can begin to be penciled into the later half of the first-round. While he’s not quite a lottery pick, a lot can happen that sees him shoot up draft boards for June.
As it stands now, a safe spot to project Warren is anywhere from No. 15 overall to the Atlanta Hawks to likely no later than No. 25 overall to the Houston Rockets.
He’s one of the better prospects in this year’s draft and while he’s far from polished, someone is going to get a great pick when Warren comes off the board in June.
