The UFC has added an exciting Flyweight matchup to the UFC Fight Night card scheduled for June 7th in Alburquerque, New Mexico. Former title challengers, John Dodson and John Moraga, will face off in a critical bout in the Flyweight division.

After losing a unanimous decision to Flyweight champion, Demetrious Johnson, John Dodson knocked out UFC newcomer, Darrell Montague at UFC 166. Dodson was then set to fight Scott Jorgensen at UFC on FOX 9, but was forced to withdraw with a knee injury. Dodson is finally healed up, and is ready to fight in June.
After being submitted by Demetrious Johnson back in July, John Moraga rebounded with a split decision victory over Dustin Ortiz at UFC Fight Night 35. The win was not without controversy, however, as many believed that Moraga should have lost the decision. Regardless, Moraga gets a chance to move one step closer to another title shot when he takes on Dodson in June.
The main event of the Fight Night event pits former UFC Lightweight champion, Benson Henderson, against the streaking Rustam Khabilov. Both Khabilov and Dodson train at Albuquerque’s Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA gym.
