Oreo selling Stanley Cup cookies

Oreos are America’s favorite cookie, but they’re supporting hockey as the playoffs approach. The cookie line will be selling limited edition Stanley Cup Oreos, with the silhouette of the famous trophy on the cookie’s shell.

There is one catch though, the cookies will only be available in Canada. That is right America, no Stanley Cup Oreos for you.

Of course we can give this one to Canada since a team based north of the border hasn’t won the trophy since the 1992-93 Montreal Canadiens. Of course they’ve dominated hockey lately on the international scene winning the gold medal in men’s hockey at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver and the 2014 games in Sochi. They also won in 2002 in Salt Lake City.
