The Indianapolis Pacers got a big win over the Miami Heat on Wednesday night. One of the biggest plays of the evening was Pacers star Paul George dunking on LeBron James, and he was wearing a microphone for the play.
George got the ball near the baseline of one end of the court, took it coast-to-coast finishing with the dunk on LeBron. George was trying to counteract James’ building confidence, and the result was a big swing of momentum late in the game for the Pacers.
“LeBron was just so confident out there at that point that I had to go back at him,” George said, via ESPN’s Brian Windhorst. “I had to finish that.”
Plus you get to hear what dunking on LeBron is like. Surprisingly there isn’t a lot of trash talking or boasting from George, if only he was more like Richard Sherman this video could be incredible.
