After the events of Saturday night in two of the regional finals of the 2014 NCAA Tournament, two of the Final Four teams are set as the Wisconsin Badgers and the top-seeded Florida Gators are headed to Arlington next weekend.
In the first game of the evening, Florida was able to end the Cinderella run of the Dayton Flyers, giving Billy Donovan a shot at the third national championship of his career while at the same time extending their current winning streak to 30 games. They’re the hottest team in the tournament by far, and will be tough to beat.
Wisconsin didn’t have quite as easy of a time in their game out in the West Region against top-seeded Arizona, but after an overtime period, they emerged victorious, finally sending head coach Bo Ryan to a Final Four.
Here’s a look at the updated bracket with two of the participants in the Final Four set.
