LaMarcus Aldridge scored 28 points on 10-of-20 shooting and pulled down four rebounds to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 105-98 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon Sunday night.

The Trail Blazers entered the fourth quarter with a 17-point lead and quickly pushed the lead to 21 with a 4-0 run to open the quarter.

The Grizzlies threatened to make a game of it, but the Trail Blazers continued to answer their runs. They did, however, get the lead down to seven, but Mike Conley’s three was off the mark with 44 seconds to go and the Trail Blazers held on for the victory.

Damian Lillard had 13 points, five assists and four rebounds.

The Grizzlies were led by Zach Randolph, who scored 21 points and pulled down seven rebounds.

Marc Gasol added 20 points and five rebounds and Conley had 16 points, nine assists and five rebounds.
