After a slow start, the Oakland Raiders are starting to make some waves on the free agency market as just a few days after bringing in Maurice Jones-Drew to help with the offense, the team has now signed defensive back Carlos Rogers.

Earlier on Monday, it was reported that Rogers was making a visit to Oakland, and as you can obviously see above, everything went well between the two parties.
Rogers has spent his entire career to this point with the Washington Redskins and San Francisco 49ers in the NFC, before he was released earlier this month.
In Rogers, the Raiders are getting a hard-hitting defesnive back, who at times may have some issues staying healthy as we saw last season on the team’s run toward the NFC Championship Game.
Still, though, after they were heavily criticized when the free agency period opened up, the Raiders have been on the move recently with some pretty good signings.
Is DeSean Jackson next?
