April Fool’s Day is a good day to stay off the Internet to avoid the plethora of lame attempts at April Fool’s Day jokes as people attempt to make their friends, family and twitter followers look like fools with their attempt at humor.

In order to have a successful April Fool’s joke there has to be some shred of believability attached to hook us before pulling the “April Fool’s” on us. In the case of LeBron James, his attempts wasn’t the worst we’ve seen today, but he loses points for originality.

Earlier in the week Sacramento Kings big man Demarcus Cousins revealed he was joking about releasing an album, so 48 minutes later James told his Twitter followers it was all a joke.

Not that we needed any clarification, but the “King” couldn’t even come up with his own idea and had to steal Cousins’ idea for a joke and that’s what’s the weakest part about all of this.
