Final Four 2014: Official Final Four jersey patch logo revealed (Photo)

The Final Four is this weekend and fans from Wisconsin, Connecticut, Kentucky and Florida are out in droves to see if their team will make the national Championship and move a step closer to college basketball immortality.

But before the title game can take place on Monday, we need to get through the Final Four and part of getting the Final Four is the unveiling of the official jersey patch that will be worn (and sold) this weekend.

While it’s never anything flashy or particularly outstanding to look at, the Final Four jersey patch is quite literally a badge of honor sewn onto jerseys this weekend. Only two teams will move on, but that patch is being branded into the live and the careers of everyone who wears one and it’s significance is more in the meaning than it is in the design.
