Sons of Anarchy final season: Two major characters get upped to series regulars

The final season of Sons of Anarchy is coming towards us this fall and already the show is upping some of it’s major recurring cast to series regulars for the final episodes. We already knew that Drea de Matteo, who plays Wendy, was upped to series regular and now too SAMCRO favorites have received the same treatment.

According to Deadline, both David Labrava and Niko Nicotera, who play Happy and Ratface respectively, have been upped to series regulars for the final season of the show.

Niko Nicotera (Sympathy For Delicious) and David Labravahave been promoted to regular for the seventh and final season of FX’s Sons Of Anarchy. Nicotera has recurred for the past two seasons on the Kurt Sutter-created biker drama as SAMCRO member Ratboy Skogstrom. Real-life Hells Angels member Labrava plays Happy, who in Season 6 became Sergeant-at-Arms for the mother chapter of the club.

Both characters have grown to be fan favorites and becoming series regulars means that we will be seeing them both in just about every single episode in a pretty big way.

A lot of stuff went down in the season six finale and there will be blood spilled in the final season. Happy and Ratface will be around as series regulars but the question is just how long will they stick around?
