3-star QB Kevin Dillman commits to Nebraska Cornhuskers

The Nebraska Cornhuskers hope they found their next quarterback.

3-star quarterback Kevin Dillman gave his pledge to the Huskers on Saturday.

“Me and my family are on a visit and it’s been a great visit,” Dillman told 247sports.com. “I’ve had a relationship with coach (Tim) Beck for a long time. They did a great job of recruiting me.”

The 6’4, 220-pound Dillman attends Guyer High School in Denton, Texas, but is originally from Sweden.

Dillman is ranked as the 12th best dual threat quarterback, the 46th best overall prospect in the state of Texas and the 350th best overall prospect in the class of 2015, according to 24/7 Sports’ composite rankings.

Dillman chose Nebraska over offers from the Arizona Wildcats, Arizona State Sun Devils, Arkansas Razorbacks, California Golden Bears and Vanderbilt Commodores, among many others.
