To compete at the level second-year head coach Mark Stoops wants his Kentucky Wildcats to compete at, you need elite players along your lines.
Stoops, who has a defensive background, has made it a point to upgrade their offensive line.
On Saturday, Stoops got commitments from two offensive lineman, Larry Wells and Logan Stenberg.
“I just loved everything about it. I felt at home. And the facilities are awesome – as is the coaching staff,” Wells told Josh Edwards of 24/7 Sports’ CatsPause.com.
The 6’8, 298-pound Wells attends Kenton High School in Kenton, Ohio.
He chose the Wildcats over offers from the Akron Zips, Cincinnati Bearcats, Illinois Illini and Toldeo Rockets, among others.
The 6’6, 327-pound Stenberg attends Madison Academy in Madison, Alabama. He announced his decision through his twitter account.

Neither player has been ranked by 24/7 Sports’ composite rankings.
They become the third and fourth commitments for the Wildcats in the class of 2015, joining a pair of 3-star defensive backs, safety Marcus Walker and cornerback Montrell Custis.
