The LSU Tigers took to the field on Saturday for their annual spring game, getting ready for the 2014 campaign and a run at the SEC Championship.
Now, when the Tigers did take the field on Saturday, they had a bit of a different look to them. It was a rather subtle change, but as we all know with traditional college football programs, any change is significant.
Today, the LSU football program unveiled a new Tiger logo on the side of the helmets, and you can have a look at it here:

As you can see, to the casual fan, the change might not seem all too significant, but to an LSU die-hard, or a college football die-hard, the change is very noticeable. Actually, it’s not all too bad. The Tiger looks a lot more fierce than the old logo did.
