Former WWE/World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan has been in the fight of his life over the last year and a half. He’s been dealing with Triple H and The Authority, who always manage to bring him down when he’s finally at the top of the mountain.
It all started when Triple H delivered a Pedigree to Bryan at SummerSlam after a clean win over the WWE Champion at the time, John Cena. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton who was the holder of the Money in the Bank contract for the WWE Championship at the time, strolled down to the ring, cashed it in and pinned Bryan.
That’s when everything went south. Bryan has been battling Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, The Shield, The Wyatt Family, and Randy Orton ever since he was screwed by the C.O.O. himself. Now he has a chance to redeem himself as he prepares himself to take on Triple H for the rights to enter the Triple Threat main event against Randy Orton and Batista.
Now according to the Toronto Sun, Daniel Bryan wants to top The Undertaker’s match against Brock Lesnar and have the best match of the night:
“I’m looking forward to going out there in front of 70,000 people and doing what I love to do. It’s exciting. Every year Undertaker goes out there and has the best match of the show, I want this to be the year that he doesn’t.” Daniel Bryan via the Toronto Sun.
The last couple matches of the night look very very promising.
