Jeff Jarrett Announces Global Force Wrestling

After months of speculation, Jeff Jarrett has officially announced his new wrestling promotion, Global Force Wrestling.

The announcement came by way of a press release from SB Nation.

Global Force Wrestling, which will be run by Jarrett and his wife Karen, is going to attempt to make a run at being the No. 2 wrestling promotion in the United States behind WWE. That title currently belongs with the other promotion that Jarrett helped found, TNA Wrestling.

No mention of co-owners, television agreements or company talent was announced in the release. However, the announcement ended with the notion that more announcements are expected in the coming weeks.
