The 2013-14 NBA Season is winding down and we are finally figuring out where teams stand less than two weeks before the postseason begins.

Although they suffered a 106-94 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder that broke their 19-game winning streak on Thursday, making the Spurs 0-4 against the Thunder this season, they keep the top spot on the list.

The Thunder sit in the second spot, just ahead of the two-time defending champion Miami Heat.  With the way the Heat have been able to sleep walk through games and still have so much success over the last four years, it is tempting to put them higher on the list.

The Los Angeles Clippers and Houston Rockets continue to rise up the ranks as they look more and more like legitimate contenders in the west.

The Indiana Pacers still have one of the league’s best records, but their recent play and dysfunction have sent them tumbling down the list.
