Aside from suffering his first WrestleMania loss on Sunday to Brock Lesnar, the big news coming out of the event in regards to the Undertaker was the fact that, at some point during the match, he suffered a severe concussion, but just how severe it was hasn’t been talked about.
Tuesday, WrestleZone.com is reporting via the Wrestling Observer that the concussion was so bad that the Undertaker had no idea what was happening, and that Lesnar had to carry the majority of the bout.
According to The Wrestling Observer, the reason why something seemed very off about The Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar match at WrestleMania 30 is because Undertaker is being described as having no idea what they were doing in the ring, and had to rely on Lesnar to carry the match.
As the report states, this could be a reason as to why the match itself came off so sloppy. While people criticized the outcome tremendously, the second-most criticism came in regards to just how bad the match itself was in the ring.
This is scary, and you have to give Lesnar some credit for not only leading the match, but also keeping ‘Taker protected throughout what was left of it, making sure that the injuries that he suffered weren’t worse.
