Arkansas State auctioning chance to coach Spring Game

If you’ve ever dreamed of being a head coach of a FBS football program, you now will have your chance. The Arkansas State Red Wolves are auctioning off a package that they are calling the “Coach Experience” for their Spring Game on April 18.

Whoever is the top bidder will receive an opportunity coach the Red Wolves for the entire game.

According to the school, “fans can take part in an online auction by visiting eBay and searching for ‘BCS Head Coach Experience at 2014 Arkansas State Spring Game.’”

Bidding started at $2,500.

“Our staff wants to have a high level of interaction with our fans, and we felt like this would be another way to do that while adding a fun dimension to the spring game,” said new A-State head coach Blake Anderson in a statement. “Our goal is to make this a truly memorable experience for whoever puts that headset on when we kickoff.”

If coaching the game wasn’t enough, you’ll get a nice ice-cold Gatorade bath after the game.
