This Saturday, the Florida State Seminoles football team will take to the field for its annual spring game, giving everyone an early glimpse into the ‘Noles’ potential chances to repeat as national champions in 2014.
The game will also mark the end of spring practices for the Seminoles, which has to be a bit of a relief for Heisman winning quarterback Jameis Winston who has been pulling double duty over the last month between taking snaps as well as closing out games for the top-ranked FSU baseball team.
Head coach Jimbo Fisher recently described just how much the last month has taken its toll on his star pupil.
Jimbo said hat he’s seen Winston tiring just a bit. The last month has been a grind on QB/closer physically and (especially) mentally.
