While most of the current talk surrounding Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron has been about his recent engagement to girlfriend Katherine Webb and a potential reality show, he is making the rounds around the NFL for his pre-draft visits.

One of the stops on the McCarron tour was in Foxboro, where he met with the New England Patriots on Wednesday.

Gil Brandt of NFL.com passed along the news of the remainder of McCarron’s upcoming schedule for this week on Twitter:

McCarron has earned the game-manager label, but he also has great experience in a pro offense from his time under Nick Saban at Alabama, so he is an intriguing option for teams looking to add a player that could be a solid back up or potential starter down the line.
