Rangers minor-leaguer sent down for missing bus

In the Major Leagues, if you violate a team rule, you’re benched, as we saw with Yasiel Puig. If it’s really bad, you can be sent down to the minors.

Where do minor leaguers go, though? Ronald Guzman, first base prospect for the Texas Rangers found out the answer, apparently.

Hickory is Texas’ Low-A minor league club. Guzman turned a few heads in Spring Training during some major league games when he crushed a three-run homer in his first at-bat in an “A” game. It looks like he’ll get lots of opportunities to acquaint himself with the Spring Training grounds after this little mishap.
