Are you ready to see one of the most insane lacrosse goals ever? Well, you are about to. During a Utah Lacrosse Association D-I Boys conference game between Waterford and Riverton, the Waterford squad was holding a commanding lead with the first quarter nearing an end.
Rather than sit on the ball after stopping a Riverton attack, Waterford defender Jacob Mika launched the ball the length of the field as time expired.
The Riverford goalie must have been as surprised as anyone that the shot was on target, and it went soaring right past him and into the back of the net to give Waterford a six-goal lead after one.

It doesn’t get much more impressive than that.
A five-goal lead was already plenty of momentum, but nailing a shot that went the entire field at the buzzer to extend the lead guarantees that the momentum is in your corner.
