Saturday afternoon, head coach Rich Rodriguez and the Arizona Wildcats will hit the field for their annual spring game as they get set for the 2014 college football season and a run at the Pac-12 title.
This team showed some tremendous strides last year under Rodriguez, slowly pushing themselves toward the top of the Pac-12 Conference.
The Wildcats finished the 2013 season with an 8-5 overall record and capped that all off with a blowout win in the bowl game over the Boston College Eagles. Rich-Rod is setting out to make some noise with this program in the nation, and he could very well be on his way.
Hopefully in this one, we’ll get a good look at who can replace stud running back Ka’Deem Carey in the backfield in setting the tone for the spread attack.
