The Ohio State Buckeyes walked out onto the field in Ohio Stadium on Saturday for their annual spring scrimmage, and head coach Urban Meyer was a little curious about something. He was curious as to who the fastest student on campus was that was not a part of his football team, and boy did he ever find out.
Watch in the video below as Ohio State student Malcolm Branson hits the field of the Horseshoe and not only ties defensive back Doran Grant in a 40-yard dash sprint, but he actually beats running back Dontre Wilson.
Well, Meyer was pretty curious and he found out in a hurry that there is at least one student on his campus that can compete on foot with some of his best players.
That must have been a thrill for Branson as just another year checking out his Buckeyes on the field as they get ready for another successful season turned into him actually stealing the spotlight from them.
