Marlins’ Garrett Jones to honor Ultimate Warrior this season

The World Wrestling Entertainment has fans of all ages across the globe, even other professional athletes. Almost every WWE event is attended by someone who represents a professional sports team, especially pay-per-views.

Now we’re officially a week from WrestleMania XXX and the Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Tomorrow night, it’ll be a week since the Ultimate Warrior made his live television appearance for the WWE in decades. Then a day later, will be a week since the WWE Universe found out that the man who was just inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, Ultimate Warrior, died in Arizona in front of his wife.

Fans who were old enough to watch him compete were absolutely heartbroken. Now according to NESN.com, Miami Marlins first baseman Garrett Jones will be honoring the fallen WWE Superstar for the remainder of the season. How will be doing that?

Each professional baseball player usually has a song play as they walk to the plate or the mound. Jones will be using the Ultimate Warriors theme song whenever he walks up to the plate. If you’re unfamiliar with his theme song, you can listen to it here.
