Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz made a splash on social media when he took a selfie with President Barack Obama during their trip to the White House to celebrate their World Series championship. He made further waves when it was revealed to be a part of a Samsung promotional stunt and not a genuine selfie moment.

So Saturday Night Live took the opportunity to make fun of the situation with Kenan Thompson flawlessly playing Ortiz. Thompson nails his accent and talks about his endorsement deals, like with Sam’s son… mispronouncing Samsung.

“You like Sam? You should meet his son.”
