The Oakland Raiders could be getting a good look at their future one-two tandem on offense Monday as both Vanderbilt wide receiver Jordan Matthews and UCF quarterback Blake Bortles are in town for a visit at the same time.

In recent months leading up to the NFL Draft in May, the Raiders have expressed some interest in Bortles, although with the recent acquisition of Matt Schaub from the Houston Texans, so it’s a bit unlikely that they would reach for him in the first round.

Matthews, however, has all of the attributes that the Raiders generally look for. He’s quick, has tremendous hands and it could be argued that he was the best wideout in the SEC the past few seasons for James Franklin and the Commodores as they made back-to-back bowl appearances.

But with the NFL Draft–as well as the Raiders’ front office history–you never know. These two could be lighting it up together on the bay one day down the road.
