Although the Miami Dolphins signed former Pittsburgh Steelers’ wide receiver Mike Wallace to a huge deal last season, return fellow starter Brian Hartline and recently signed former Southern California Trojans and Tennessee Titans’ receiver Damian Williams, the Dolphins could still use an upgrade at the position.
With the 19th overall pick in the draft, the Dolphins are not in position to land one of the draft’s elite pass catchers like Sammy Watkins of the Clemson Tigers or Mike Evans of the Texas A&M Aggies, but they could be in position to draft Odell Beckham of the LSU Tigers, Marqise Lee of the USC Trojans or Kelvin Benjamin of the Florida State Seminoles.
According to James Walker of ESPN’s NFL Nation, Lee will visit with the Dolphins on Tuesday.
The Miami Dolphins will host former USC receiver Marqise Lee for a pre-draft visit on Tuesday, a source tells ESPN.com.
The 5’11, 192-pound Lee had 791 yards and four touchdowns on 57 receptions for the Trojans in 2013.
