Nielsen Twitter TV Ratings: NCAA Men's final tops Final Round of the Masters for 4/7-4/13

Last week was one of the more exciting stretch of days in sports that we’ve had in 2014 thus far. There were two NCAA Tournament finals being played out, the 2014 Masters, the NBA season is coming down to the end, plus the baseball season is just getting underway.

When you have a week like this, the social media world explodes around the globe as folks watch the action play out on live TV, and those numbers are reflected in the weekly Nielsen Twitter TV Ratings.

Last week, it came down to the wire, but the battle between the Kentucky Wildcats and UConn Huskies in the NCAA Men’s Tournament last Monday night came away generating the most buzz when the week was all said and done.

As we know now, the Huskies walked away with the hard fought victory and the national championship, while Bubba Watson won his second green jacket in three years on Sunday in Augusta, beating out a tough run from the youngster Jordan Spieth.
