After finishing with a 12-1 record and defeating the Baylor Bears in the Fiesta Bowl, the Central Florida Knights expect to take their recruiting to another level.
On Tuesday, they landed their first commitment in the class of 2015 when 3-star wide receiver Cameron Stewart gave his pledge to the Knights.
He announced the decision via his twitter account.

The 6’3,185-pound Stewart visited Orlando, Florida to see the Knights’ campus last week and came away very impressed.
“All the coaches, they treated me like royalty, almost,” Stewart said via Ryan Bass of 24/7 Sports. “They all talked to me and gave me stories…it (UCF) was just different, it stood out to me.”
Stewart is from Snellville, Georgia and attends Shiloh High School.
He is ranked as the 157th best wide receiver prospect, the 118th best overall prospect in the state of Georgia and the 1,127th best overall prospect in the class of 2015, according to 24/7 Sports’ composite rankings.
Stewart also had offers from the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and Indiana Hoosiers, among others.
