As the NFL Draft rapidly approaches, it’s coming down to crunch time for the team to decide what they want to do with their fourth overall pick in the first round, and later this week, they will meet with and have a long look at Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel.

For a time when the draft process began, the Browns were said to have some significant interest in the Heisman winner, however recently their attention has been said to be more toward either wide receiver Sammy Watkins or Fresno State QB Derek Carr.
But in this private workout, Manziel will have the opportunity to see if he can sway the Browns’ coaches and brass back in his direction and maybe solidify himself as that fourth overall pick in less than a month.
A few weeks ago, Manziel went out for his Pro Day in shoulder pads and a helmet and put on maybe the best performance of all the quarterbacks in the draft, but the Browns were the one team that was not in attendance, apparently waiting for when they would get this private look at what he can bring to the table.
